Employers’ Liability
Protects you if your carer makes a claim for compensation as a result of an injury or illness caused whilst carrying our support duties for you.
Public Liability
Covers you for legal claims made against you or your employees by other people.
Redundancy & Notice
Covers the costs of statutory redundancy and notice to employees if the person receiving care goes into full time residential care, or passes away and no longer needs to employ a carer.
Additional Carer Cost
Help towards the costs you might have if you lose the services of an employee on a temporary basis and/or need to replace an employee due to summary dismissal or dispute.
Legal Costs & Expenses
Help towards the cost of defending employment claims brought against you by the employee or former employee in a Civil Court or Employment Tribunal.
Carer’s healthcare tasks liability
Covers the costs of claims made against the carer by their employer or by other people/companies.
Policy Wording
Policy wording is the terms and conditions and definitions of insurance coverage as they are written down in the insurance policy.
